Standing: Under 16s may only attend with seated tickets and cannot enter the standing area. All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Overnight queuing is not permitted — please do not arrive before 9am on event day. No wristbands or queue numbers are issued; entry is in order of arrival when doors open.

Bag Policy: Each person may bring one bag no larger than A4 size (approx. 30cm × 21cm). Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags, camera bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside the arena. If you need to store a large bag, a bag storage facility is available just outside the main entrance at a cost of £10 per bag. American Express Cardmembers receive a complimentary bag drop.
